macOS native build (CMake 3.22+, Xcode/Command Line Tools, C++17):
  cmake -S TeaVoxPlus -B build -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES=x86_64 -DCMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=14.0
  cmake --build build --parallel 2
  ctest --test-dir build --output-on-failure
Use arm64 instead of x86_64 for Apple Silicon. Product bundles appear in build/TeaVox_artefacts/Release/{VST3,AU,Standalone}. Native TeaMIDI remains independent. Optional GUI rendering tests require a macOS GUI session.

Windows/Linux require a C++17 compiler, JUCE platform development dependencies, and libcurl >=7.85 built with c-ares. Configure static c-ares with CARES_STATIC=ON, CARES_SHARED=OFF, then curl with ENABLE_ARES=ON, ENABLE_THREADED_RESOLVER=OFF, BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF, BUILD_CURL_EXE=OFF, BUILD_TESTING=OFF, CURL_USE_LIBPSL=OFF. Windows uses native Schannel (CURL_USE_SCHANNEL=ON, CURL_USE_OPENSSL=OFF); Linux uses system OpenSSL and the system CA certificate store. Build/install these libraries into a dedicated prefix and supply -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=<prefix> to the product CMake configure. Disable product tests when cross-compiling with -DTEAVOX_BUILD_TESTS=OFF. Targets are VST3 and standalone on Windows/Linux; AU is Apple-only.

Windows llvm-mingw compatibility patch: upstream JUCE 9 does not officially support MinGW. This experimental cross-build uses the isolated framework compatibility patch cross-build-reference/juce9-llvm-mingw.patch (132 lines across nine JUCE framework files); the product DSP source is unchanged. From the archive root, apply it to the included upstream JUCE checkout before configuring an llvm-mingw build:
  cd dependencies/JUCE
  patch -l -p1 < ../../cross-build-reference/juce9-llvm-mingw.patch
  cd ../..
A native Windows build using the officially supported MSVC toolchain can use the unpatched JUCE source. The -l option matches the included upstream CRLF whitespace; patch -l --dry-run -p1 can check applicability first. Do not apply the compatibility patch twice. The experimental Windows binary has no native Windows execution or FL Studio verification on this macOS build machine.

The cross-build-reference files record the exact toolchain/dependency configuration used by the release. They retain original developer SSD paths as provenance and require adjustment to your checkout; downloaded compilers and sysroots are not bundled. DOWNLOADS.sha256 and linux-packages.txt identify exact upstream archives and Debian packages. Upstream cURL and c-ares source is included under dependencies. Linux runtime OpenSSL and desktop/audio libraries are provided by the target system. Windows runtime redistribution notices are included.

The distributed macOS development bundles are locally ad-hoc signed and not notarized. Sign your local outputs as appropriate. Compilation does not establish target DAW compatibility: see the release verification notes for the actual tested and untested platforms. TeaVoxPlus/build.py is a developer convenience wrapper; use the standard CMake commands for a portable native build.

Tealy online mode is optional and needs your own supported-provider API key. Offline mode and compilation require no key. No key is included. No audio is uploaded. API keys, private environment/authentication files, build products, caches, logs and internal handoffs are excluded from this source archive.
